14:30 Friesdorf – Wesseling-Urfeld 1 (2.00) Germany » Oberliga Mittelrhein 2016/2017

“Dem Coach stehen bei den Blau-Weißen Lukas Mozigemba, Patrick Schipplage, Pascal Langen, Benedikt Seeger, Marc Kübbeler, Lars Janssen, Onur Dogan und Daniel Farkas nicht zur Verfügung.”

Guests will have to play without several regular players:
– Farkas is missing the whole season so far but he is one of the best players in the team and scored 8 goals last season.
– Schipplage (7app.) is the first goalkeeper.
– Dogan (10app./1goal) and Seeger (10app.) are regular players this season so far.
– Mozigemba (6app.) important defender.
– Langen (1app.) also played not that much this season but was a key player last season (5 goals)
– Janssen one of two new signed players (during the summer break)
– Kübbeler (2app.) only one who can called a “bench player”…

This is one side. The other side is the table in this league. It is not telling the truth. Wesseling is two points ahead of Friesdorf but in my opinion (not only mine) it should be much different at the end of the season. Friesdorf is a very strong team and clearly better than guests. They have a lot of players who can easily play one or even two leagues above “Oberliga” (fifth highest league in Germany).

Furthermore i have to add that Friesdorf is playing on natural grass, Wesseling on artifical. So maybe another advantage for them here. Wesseling also poor away from home this season.
